I ordered 2 dozens of roses on 11/11/25 and set the delivery date for 11/12/25 for before 1 pm. Not only were the flowers amazing but the delivery was done before 11am on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Extremely satisfied and pleased. First time ever ordering from them and definitely not the last. You just made yourself a customer Thank you

I chose the “designers choice” in pastel and trusted the florist to use whatever was in stock and beautiful for the day. I love the variety of blooms that were used. I placed my order online at 9am selecting the “deliver by 5” option , and they were delivered by 3pm. Overall I am very happy with my experience ordering from Norton’s and will happily use them again!

I was extremely pleased to find out that the recipient of these beautiful flowers received them on time as requested, with no extra charge. She was returning from the hospital and said that these flowers brightened her day and made her feel loved! Thank you for all the support I was given. Norton is a wonderful florist to deal with.

We sent flowers to our daughter for her birthday! Deliver was right as they said it would be and with great communication. She could smell the beautiful scent of the flowers before she could see them! She has called us twice to thank us and tell us how amazing they are. Thanks for making her birthday so special!

I had a wonderful experience with Norton’s. I’m from out of town and they were able to deliver my flowers to a restaurant where my daughter’s coworkers were taking her for her birthday. Norton’s delivered then in time for the restaurant to have them placed on the table before she got there. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. The flower arrangement was beautiful.

I live in NC and I needed to surprise my aunt at work. Derby made sure all my expectations were met. Very patient, very kind and her communication was awesome. I paid for quality and this is what I received. Norton’s Florist truly exceeded all of my expectations. My aunts flowers bloomed so beautifully after a few days. In the pictures you can see the process of how the flowers changed. Absolutely breathtaking!

We recently moved to the Birmingham area and Norton’s was recommended by a friend. Surpassed our expectations! I ordered online. Easy process. The flowers were delivered and were more gorgeous in person. We were so thrilled to give to our mom for Mother’s Day. We will definitely be recommending Norton’s and use them in the future!

Norton’s Florist is always top-notch! They consistently have the freshest, most beautiful flowers and the service is unmatched thanks to Ms. Red — truly the best you can find. The location is super convenient, and parking is a breeze with Take 5 Car Wash right next door. Highly recommend!

We walked into Norton’s 90 minutes before they closed. We needed a small bouquet for our son to give his homecoming date—very last minute! The florist was so kind! She said she could do it if we could give her about 30 minutes. She did a beautiful job! We have no doubt our son’s date will love the bouquet. Thank you for saving the homecoming date!

I have received three plants while at Greenbriar Rehab Center. The Amaryllis and white orchids are spectacular! They are long blooming and have guest's raving about their beauty! Thank you Norton's for adding cheer to my room!!
